“I live in MELB in Australia. On the 30/01/2018 I ordered 3x of my favourite shoes (Trino sandles) this would be my 15th pair been wearing them for a few years. I had a email on 31/01/18 to inform me my shoes had been dispatched, wonderful news. Today 02/02/18 my parcel arrived.... yes all this in 3.5 DAYS FROM MANCHESTER TO MELB AUSTRALIA !!!! WONDERFUL SERVICE 10/10 as always. Last time I ordered 5 pairs of these shoes I had a phone call to make sure the order was correct, which it was. Nothing is ever too much trouble to Lotus Shoes. I have been stopped in the street to ask where I got my shoes & I happily recommend them. I purchased a 'Guaranteed next day delivery parcel' from our Post Office in Aus. which cost 3 times more than my shoes. I sent it to NSW on 31/01/18 & it was delivered today 02/02/18, I phoned them to enquire why the parcel was late, they have provided me with a refund, I happily informed them of the above situation!!! Well done UK impressed again. PS love my shoes. Cheers Christine Bowie.”

“I’m usually a size 5 and have purchased many boots from lotus but the boots were far too big on this occasion. Returned and exchanged for a size 4 which were too small. Disappointed.”

“I first stumbled across Lotus shoes when I grabbed a pair as BHS was closing down. They were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn to work. When they needed replacing I looked up the lotus shoes website, and straight away I recognised the design of the wedges. I bought the metallic wedges. At first they felt slightly hard at the front. But after a few weeks, they have become soft and so comfortable. I have had some nice comments at work how stylish they look. The wedges look professional for work and the most important thing is that they are comfortable. I will use lotus shoes for work probably until i retire which is in another 20 years!!”

“I was really pleased with my new boots. They were bought to replace a pair of lotus boots I had been wearing for about 8 years. I worried about buying online but they were very soft and fitted perfectly. They looked very stylish and smart. The ordering process was simple and the boots arrived within a couple of days. I would certainly recommend them.”
