“The service was amazing less than 24 hours for the free delivery. The product was also clearly of excellent quality, im really impressed and will definitely buy lotus again, this was my first purchase and I’m over the moon.”

“The boots were advertised as leather uppers BUT the back of the boot is in fact synthetic and hard and uncomfortable so they were returned.”

“Why had I not bought my Lotus shoes & boots direct from Lotus before. Bought fantastic boots from online famous catalogue and wanted another pair. The catalogue were out of stock so Google found me the Lotus site and they had the boots in my size at. Bargain price. Fantastic! Won't look anywhere else now. Delivered quick excellent service. Thank you Lotus”

“My boots are gorgeous. They are soft and comfortable to wear and they are very fashionable. They are good quality. I bought a pair for myself and my daughter saw them and asked me to get her a pair. We love them. My orders were processed and despatched speedily. I am very happy with the service given by Lotus.”

“Hi i love lotus shoes but as im a c width fitting struggle to find a good fit. How i wish we women with narrow feet were considered as much as women with wide feet who can get up to wwwww width fitting. Why is this ????”

“Ever since the footwear industry re-sized to conform to EU standards, and most manufacturing was offshored to the far east, I have struggled to find shoes that fit. My feet are broad across the toes, but slim and narrow at the heel, and most shoes that are the right length, flop around on my feet. Many also pinch my toes, and press hard on the top of my foot. Lotus seem to be still using the old British standard of shoe last, that suits my feet, and although re-sized to EU40 and called a UK6 (actually about 6-1/5) they fit me better than anyone else's shoes.”
