“Excellent service. Good experience. I have used them since 2006 and would not look elsewhere now. Also had the same advisor which is great for continuity.”

“Adam was very efficient and approachable, the equalities I would be looking for. It was nice dealing with him each time. He was also very responsive. Overall, I'm not entirely convinced L&C offers the best offers in the whole market or has an extremely thorough comparison of all terms, as I found the same institutions seemed to come up and mostly larger ones, and rates were competitive but not incredible. Still, I am confident the offers presented were some of the best and most advantageous deals and the conveniency of the service was worth it.”

“I was very pleased with the service provided by L&C. It has perhaps been the only part of the house-buying process that has made me (the buyer) feel empowered. I am surprised that there aren't more companies adopting their business model.”

“London and Country were excellent. They listened to all my specific requirements and obtained a BTL mortgage for me with a far lower apr than I could source myself, with the high loan to value (75%) that I required. I recommend them to all of my friends.”

“I work for a High Street financial institution and was really impressed by the level of service I received from L&C The initial call was detailed yet straightforward. My mortgage arranger really worked hard to find a lender to suit my needs Once a deal was found I was kept informed every step of the way Outstanding service, and I've recommended L&C to so many friends already”

“Excellent service compared with that of HSBC which was slow and inaccessible. Adviser was able to tease out considerations such as processing times, customer service of mortgage providers and option of mortgage packages that aren't available to the shopper who visits an individual provider. Highly recommended.”

“Second time we have had help from L&C. As before, very helpful and accessible staff. I was left feeling comfortable they found me the best deal. Still waiting to complete on remortgage but not anticipating any problems. Would definitely recommend L&C.”

“The first agent (through money saving expert) was unhelpful and patronising but the second (apparently a more senior one, as I had complained about the first, through the British Medical Association) was very helpful and every part of the process from then on proceeded quickly and efficiently with very good customer service.”
