“After my resent dealings with L&C, I am delighted to state that I received exceptional service from beginning to end. All the staff are professional and courteous but in particular Jack Childs is the stand out. Jack has on more than one occasion diligently guided the sales process to be as pain free and smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.”

“It was a slow start to begin with, but once we started I found that I was given a lot of support and advice. My advisor or case assistant would always respond to my queries either by phone or email, and were generally very good with response times. All in all, quite happy with the service provided and will be likely to use again.”

He has always been kind, helpful and set me up with a great product.”

“L&C were recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad that I listened to her! As a fairly clueless first time buyer, I was utterly confused by - not to mention a bit scared of - all the decisions that needed to be made around applying for a mortgage. But Stephen and Marybmade it incredibly easy, offering good advice all along the way and helping me with what could have been quite a tricky mortgage to sort out for myself. Their comunications were excellent, support always available and I always felt that I was making my own decisions rather than being told what to do. All that and no fee - can't fault it! Would definitely use them again, and will be recommending them to anyone who'll listen!”
