“It was a slow start to begin with, but once we started I found that I was given a lot of support and advice. My advisor or case assistant would always respond to my queries either by phone or email, and were generally very good with response times. All in all, quite happy with the service provided and will be likely to use again.”

“Over many years now I have experienced consistently great service from L&C. I am a very small scale customer who must not make them much money, but every time I have been in touch, the adviser I speak to treats me as an important customer. He has always been kind, helpful and set me up with a great product.”

“The service we received was excellent, Gary talked us through the options and then due to certain circumstances he had to start over finding us a different product. Whenever we had questions they were responded to quickly. A great service that I would thoroughly recommend and will use again.”

“This is the fourth time we have used L&C to arrange a mortgage and as usual they have done an excellent job. Their great staff always seem to get us a great deal that doesn't seem to advertised anywhere else. Each time the process is smooth and hassle free. I would recommend L&C to everyone.”

“Our circumstances were not at all straightforward and our advisor was incredible and found us a deal when we thought we wouldn't be able to get one. She was professional adndcourteous at every point and is still working to get it through to completion. I would recommend them unreservedly.”

“L&C were recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad that I listened to her! As a fairly clueless first time buyer, I was utterly confused by - not to mention a bit scared of - all the decisions that needed to be made around applying for a mortgage. But Stephen and Marybmade it incredibly easy, offering good advice all along the way and helping me with what could have been quite a tricky mortgage to sort out for myself. Their comunications were excellent, support always available and I always felt that I was making my own decisions rather than being told what to do. All that and no fee - can't fault it! Would definitely use them again, and will be recommending them to anyone who'll listen!”

“We have excellent credit scores and salaries but complicated payslips and contracts which caused problems. L&C worked really hard to make the lenders understand this & get us the mortgage we wanted.”

“Saves me doing all the leg work and doesn't cost me a penny! Friendly, reliable service and have used for a few years as recommended by Martin Lewis (Money Savings Expert). Always on standby should you have any worries or concerns and keep in constant contact with you until your mortgage has been accepted by agreed firm. Have recommended to friends.”
