“Provided an excellent personal service with frequent communication about the case. Very professional at all times. My only negative comment is that we had many requests to send various documents and sometimes duplicate requests to send the same info. It took a long time to keep scanning and printing forms to send at various time points.”

“Having already written a review I really don't mind completing another as the service London & Country provided has been excellent. The information regarding the re-mortgage for our specific requirements was clear and concise. Our mortgage advisor Mr Regester was an expert on choosing the correct product to suit our needs and followed through the process with other members of the team in a timely and professional manner. “Very helpful in the initial process of finding a mortgage, but very frustrating trying to speak directly to my adviaor and administration after that. While saying that, I did recomend L&C to a friend as the advisor was excellent.”

“I heard about London and Country From Martins Money website and was very pleased I did as Stephen Harrison was Excellent and very prompt and I got my re mortgage done so quickly and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, my daughter has since contacted them for mortgage advise thank you once again for a very good service”

“I am always keen to find the best deals in order to keep my costs down, including my mortgage payments. London & Country have helped me to find the best deal for my needs, and supported me through the application process. They have knowledge of the requirements of different lenders and are able to make a judgement with regards to whether you will meet the criteria without going through a lengthy application, saving time and also avoiding being 'declined' a mortgage offer (which doesn't look good on your credit rating!). I have found them to be very helpful, efficient, down-to-earth and friendly in each interaction with them. I like that you have a dedicated team of people working on your case and have direct contact details for them, rather than going through those awful 'Press one for this, press two for that' call centres. I would definitely recommend London & Country to anyone looking for a mortgage deal, and plan to call them again in 5 years time when my current fixed rate expires.”

“My mortgage advisor Daniel Lawrence was excellent. Communication. Couldn't have been better. Always professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Angela carlin was very good. As she didn't deal with the hard work I didn't speak with her as much. But her communication was excellent. I've very grateful of the service I received.”
