Adam was very efficient and approachable, the equalities I would be looking for. It was nice dealing with him each time. He was also very responsive.
Overall, I'm not entirely convinced L&C offers the best offers in the whole market or has an extremely thorough comparison of all terms, as I found the same institutions seemed to come up and mostly larger ones, and rates were competitive but not incredible. Still, I am confident the offers presented were some of the best and most advantageous deals and the conveniency of the service was worth it.
