“We have excellent credit scores and salaries but complicated payslips and contracts which caused problems. L&C worked really hard to make the lenders understand this & get us the mortgage we wanted.”

“Daryl Clarke was very helpful in the initial stages and made things clear and understandable. Mine was a Shared Ownership property which made a things a little more complicated but he helped massivey”

“Saves me doing all the leg work and doesn't cost me a penny! Friendly, reliable service and have used for a few years as recommended by Martin Lewis (Money Savings Expert). Always on standby should you have any worries or concerns and keep in constant contact with you until your mortgage has been accepted by agreed firm. Have recommended to friends.”
