“This is my second time coming to L&C to arrange a buy to let Mortgage so that should say how good I feel they are. From the first call the arrangements went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. The Mortgage offered was at an acceptable rate and the mortgage went ahead without problems. I recommend the L&C to anyone.”

“Excellent service and mortgage advice from Mr Nick Smith, as usual. I've used him for many years, and he's always the chap I go to. Overall impression marred this year unfortunately by a slightly pushy life/mortgage protection advisor, who's services seemed to be 'compulsory' after the initial mortgage advice. Repeated calls and emails after first contact when I wasn't quick enough to get back to him. Despite that, I can't recommend Nick Smith highly enough!”

“*****Outstanding Service***** I really cannot recommend L&C more. The whole service from beginning to end was profession and made the process easy. The gentleman that dealt with our mortgage transfer was extremely efficient, professional and very helpful. His helpful and knowledgeable approach made switching my mortgage painless and fast. I really appreciated having sound and impartial advice and this made everything simple. I am glad that I discovered this company and would not hesitate to recommend L&C to anyone who requires help with their mortgage.”

“I found London & Country via MoneySavingExpert.com. I spoke to a single broker throughout the process, which was great because it meant that I got advice which was individually tailored to my circumsrtances. I got to compare various products and when the time came to apply I was able to let London & Country handle the application on my behalf. Overall London & Country provide a 1st class service. I will be using them again once my fixed term period expires.”

“I was consistently amazed by the responsiveness of Louise, the advisor assigned to me. She patiently answered all the questions that this first time buyer had, and very effectively chased Natwest when they failed to do things on time. I'd thoroughly recommend L&C to anybody looking for a mortgage: they're providing a lot more than simply looking for the best deal!”

Those looking after my case were patient & responsive and made what could have been a stressful time, seem relatively simple and smooth. Andrew Hebden was brilliant. “The mortgage advice given by Dan Walker was great, he was easily contacted and gave clear details to allow us to make an informed decision. Only criticism is there's maybe a bit too much focus on the upsell post mortgage arrangement!”

“FOR A FREE SERVICE TO THE CONSUMER THIS IS ORGANISATION IS GREAT, I COMPARED THEM TO OTHER AGENTS WHO OFFERED ME THE SAME MORTGAGE PRODUCT YET WANTED ME TO PAY A FEE, OVERALL SAVED APPROX £1000!!. ADVISORS ARE HELPFUL TOO”

“Adam was very efficient and approachable, the equalities I would be looking for. It was nice dealing with him each time. He was also very responsive. Overall, I'm not entirely convinced L&C offers the best offers in the whole market or has an extremely thorough comparison of all terms, as I found the same institutions seemed to come up and mostly larger ones, and rates were competitive but not incredible. Still, I am confident the offers presented were some of the best and most advantageous deals and the conveniency of the service was worth it.”
