“Generally good but found the request for bank account details frustrating and unclear as to how to provide details from on line. Also slow responses at times with messages unanswered. However overall satisfied with outcome.”

“I have used London & Country mortgages on previous occasions and have found them to be good with good service however on this occasion my first dealings with an adviser named Louise was very good, but then i was given a case manager named David to deal with and his service was very poor, I could not get hold of him most of the time, and as a customer I found I was spending time chasing him trying to make contact and phoning to clarify things associated with my mortgage application. I usually made contact with him but only after tracking him down through Louise, the company would have received a much better review from myself if I did not have to have a case manager.”

“L&C were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. As it was our first house process our mortgage adviser Andrew talked us through every aspect and suggested the right product for us. Our case manager Ashley was very efficient and sorted out the actual mortgage application. Great communication and service.”

“We were lucky enough to come across L&C and to have a top class experience. From the beginning to the end we were impressed with the knowledge and expertise that we received. If we didn't understand anything it was easily explained in language we understood and if we needed to ask a question we were able to get in contact straightaway with our own personal advisor. We would definitely use L&C again in the future and we would recommend them to any family or friend as we would like them to get the same experience as what we had. First class from start to finish thankyou for helping us get the best deal.”

“L&C did an efficient job on our remortgage, going from initial consultation to mortgage offer in about 2 weeks. They were very good at keeping me informed about the progress of the application and when documents were required. I was a bit nervous about putting documents like passports in the post, but they returned them (by special delivery) the same day that they were received. All in all a great service and I'd recommend them.”

Our case manager was also very helpful and ensured that we were kept as updated as possible during the process. “Absolutely fantastic service received from my 1st phone call right to the very end. Genuine advice tailored to suit my needs. No "pushy salesperson". Any queries/issues resolved in a timely manner. Telephone contact always arranged at suitable times around my daily schedule. Also being able to track my case throughout the process online. Would absolutely recommend London & Country Mortgages to everyone.”
