“Used L&C for the second time for remortgage of both my residential and buy to let mortgages after they having arranged both my mortgages two years ago. Their services were once again excellent. They keep track of your mortgage expiry dates, send you reminders well in advance, find you the best deals from a wide range of lenders, help you guide through the whole process and respond promptly to any queries. Best of all, they don't charge you for their services!”

“Excellent service at London and Country. This is my first mortgage and so I have been very nervous. Kenny kept in touch the whole time with updates and reassured me when needed. What I will say is don't go with their recommended solicitor has I have had numerous problems and haven't had the same personal experience. I haven't even spoken to the solicitor only his assistants who are very rude. Not good when buying your first home. Pick a local firm.”

“Stephen Arnold was absolutely fantastic. He is one of the most professional and helpful people I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. he resolved every query I had on the same day and followed up with me on everything. I would never want to work with another broker but him. Catherine MacDougall was also brilliant and incredibly helpful. Overall both of them have made the most fantastic of impressions and I will recommend your company to everyone I know. please pass this feedback to them and thank them for their efforts.”

“My Name is chai and I am first time buyer. I want to say that my broker Ben is a great broker and I will not buy my house without him. My house purchase last 8 months due to tenant refuse to move out. Ben help me extend my mortgage. Ben is so professional and good service .He always come back to you very fast if you need help. “My advisor was helpful and definitely came up with deals which weren't available directly. He had a financial interest in getting the mortgage through, so it helped to move things along quickly (which we needed for this particular transaction). He bore with me very patiently when I was trying to get things moving faster. Once the application was submitted, I was transferred to a colleague to see me through the whole process, and that also worked well. there are a number of fees which were not clear to me at the outset (eg when I asked for a list of panel solicitors for my lenders, it turns out the firm they push pays a referral fee - I was probably naive, but assumed that as each lender decides their panel, this would not be seen as a referral) but that's a minor point.”

“Have used L&C twice now for a remortgage. I have found their service to be very competitive in terms of finding me the best deal to suit my needs. The paperwork side of things is also fairly painless and very efficient. Despite my needs changing several times on the most recent remortgage my adviser was always willing to go away and find me the best deal. I would totally recommend them!”
