“Two have already emailed me, I await the others but there was not an option for a full structural survey linked into a valuation but I will discuss further with those who contact me. In normal circumstances this will be done by the mortgage company but alas I do not need a mortgage. Regards...”

“A good variety of surveyors who responded quickly with quotes and follow up phone call. The only complaint would be that one who gave a quote then told me in the phone call it would be over £50.00 more than the quote and the job had not changed in any way. When I questioned this they said the online quote was just an estimate.”

“I chose one from your list and lft a message on their land line. No response. Tried their mobile. It did not exist. Meanwhile my own electrician responded to my call I therefore gave trying any other on your list. Thanks anyway.”

“The site made finding a suitable surveyor very easy. Prices were clear and several surveyors got in touch subsequently. My chosen surveyor sent an email providing sample survey which helped to judge what I was getting. Overall very impressed.”

“I contacted (by email) two of the companies listed as offering arboricultural services. The first, more local, company advised that they could not help (no reason given) but did give me details of a tree surgeon. I declined to contact them as i think them liable to be biased. The second company responded positively, and i have now commissioned them to carry out the required survey. On the basis of the above, I have found your service very useful.”

“I received details of a number of suppliers, however, to date I have not received any indicative estimates or been contacted by any of the suppliers. I used the service because of the suggestion that I would obtain indicative costs. Without indicative costs there is nothing special about the service.”

“Site easy to use. Surveyors in my local area emailed me same day regarding their availability. One even advised me which qualifications were necessary even though he was unavailable. Have not contacted my choice yet but this site took the stress of looking for an engineer away. Mrs Scott Croydon”
