“I used the website mid evening and received several automatic quotes, and the following morning reeived several others. I chose one - Istidam Consulting Ltd. -because they offered a cheaper service for those who wanted a simple on-site discussion without a full written report. They offered an appntment the same day! The surveyor who came was thorough and explained the issues well. The issue was raied and resolved in under 24 hours, which was amazing by any standards. Wonderful service from both Local Surveyors Direct and by Istidam Consulting Ltd..”

“I stumbled on this site when I wanted several electrical jobs done. A EHCR and some kitchen appliances installed. What I liked most was how you were directed straight to tradesman with suitable qualificans, contact details and whereabouts, plus reviews from those who used them. Reviews were very accurate.”
