“The process of finding a surveyor was easy and relatively painless. I quickly found a number of surveyors over a weekend and was able to confirm and pay for one on the weekend, which was helpful. One thing that would make the service even better, was to be able to let the surveyors not chosen know that the case was now closed, as other companies are still getting in touch, so it takes a bit of time wading through the emails and letting them know that we no longer need another company to help.”
