“The site is very useful in finding suppliers in local areas. The only down side is that the price advertised on site doesn't match what the assessor charges. The assessor charges more..!!”

“I received a number of prompt and informative telephone calls and emails from prospective surveyors. All of those that contacted me were professional and explained the different aspects of levels of survey. If nothing else it has given me a lot of good information to work from.”

“Very easy to use and received estimates immediately. All of the local surveyors reached out within the next couple of hours with their official quotes, which was great. The only thing I would change is having the option to choose how they can contact you. There were a couple who bombarded me with back to back texts, WhatsApp messages and calls. I would have preferred if they only emailed.”

“Really quick response with 5 possible results which was amazing. All were very positive, informative and helpful. The only downside was the quotes were lower than was actually the case and well out of date. I know it is difficult when these may involve different needs but maybe ask companies to update with their latest quotes.”
