“A quick and easy process only to be let down by the tradesmen who promise to call back but don't.”

“I thought this was an excellent service - very useful particularly when moving to a new area where it is often difficult to know about local surveyors. Have now chosen a surveyor from the list who seems very satisfactory. Comparative list of prices was useful but limited: would be better to see price comparisons which include the different types of house survey.”

“I might have used the website but since I have used many sites and you have not told me exactly what I was looking for how can I make any comments.”

“The companies list given to me I got no where with them the ones I contacted, except one who I wondered the quote was dear, but so far is the only quote I have, so can not compare. I wanted extention cables replaced for the phone.”

“Great service but inundated with phone calls from 9 am to 11 am! Some rang several times. A good feature on the website would be to state when to ring people.”

“Very good service. I have found what I need in minutes. I've been lucky to have someone available to do the survey I need the following week in a competitive price. The only minus is that everyone listed on my query has received my email address so now I still receive another offers which I don't need neither want but , hey ho ,”

“Local Surveyors Direct is a very useful site to use. I had three quotes from the search results very promptly. It takes a lot out of the normal "legwork" of phoning around for quotes - well done.”

“I chose the first surveyor on the list you sent me due to the fact the cost was the lowest and they were local but when I telephoned to make an appointment the person who answered informed me he was entertaining friends and could I ring back later! Needless to say I did not ring back and contacted the 2nd surveyor on the list who was very attentive and came at very short notice today to survey the work being considered, I am very pleased with the surveyor who was very informative and would recommend the company to any of my friends. The company is named Quintessence in Addiscombe, Croydon. I confirm I found your website very helpful indeed.”
