“Although I found your site helpful, I was not prepared to be inundated with 'phone calls and e-mails. When We are ready we will contact a surveyor but don't want to be pestered, especially when we are in the early stages of the house sale/purchase.”

“All I wanted was architect plans for conversion of garage to submit to council. The prices quoted were exorbitant started at just under £1000 to well over. Getting mine done for under £500 from a local architect used before. Tip do not use this site ask a builder for some quote's and ask them if they can recommend.”
