“Disappointed with rating although questioned the surveyor he stated it was a data base which analysed his answers but it appeared to be one size fits all and as we have not the norm it didn’t seem to allow for our solar tubes for heating water which operate very efficiently and we have the thicker loft insulation and all fairly new upvc windows at the new regulated gap all around.Our sun lounge is insulated with special insulated roof so cool in summer warm in winter The listing shows our windows as poor but apparently if I asked for a second opinion at a cost the result would be the same”

“I only gave it 2 stars because I asked for an RICS LAND surveyer as I wanted a "Land registry plans" but I jeut kept getting replys for Building surveyors, Loads of replys, but NOT what I asked for.”

“Very helpful in negotiating choices and all with their own usually fairly detailed information. Prices were a good place to start followed by what they were offering further narrowing it down. A couple of phone calls helped make my final choice. Whether it turns out to be the right one remains to be seen!”
