“I made mistakes using your website on my phone. Getting more detail about a surveyor and then trying to get back to the basic list meant I lost the site and in starting again I am informed that it alerted your listed surveyors multiple times. Was phoned almost immediately by a surveyor who I did use and he was very efficient and pleasant to deal with.”

“Unsure what I'm reviewing but if your online service then I would say it's excellent, very clear online instructions and speeds up whole process of obtaining an ECH certificate when selling a property. So much else today but LocalSurveyors Direct have made this a very easy process, thank you. If the review relates to person I've arranged to survey the Energy etc-then I will review this after our appt.”

“Hi, I appreciated the efficiency and the estimates. However, I don't like estimates, estimates are just that, an estimated cost. That could be entirely different. A quotation is what I wanted. Sorry, I've gone for a fixed price of £80.00 with another company.”
