In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“I didn't realise that when I filled in the form it would go to all the firms on the list, which thankfully wasn't as many as some people have had to deal with. I thought I could chose who to contact from that list. One firm from Manchester has been particularly pushy and I'm sure the emails I was answering every few minutes were with an AI assistant and not Adam himself, like the one that phoned asking me to book a phone call with Adam. I agreed to a short call with Isaac from somewhere else and got him to send his quote in and email. So far I haven't been harassed today but am expecting some kind of follow up when I don't email back today. I've been contacted by the actual person I sent an email to who is local to me and seems much more in touch with local planning in Dudley. So I've put Isaac on the back burner for now while I discuss matters with Alun. It would be nice if it was made clear that my details were being sent out to their whole list rather than my choosing from that list.”

“Quite helpful. 2 out of the 5 companies I contacted responded. A bit of a shame 3 ignored my emails but I guess they didn’t want the business. Anyway. I have set up an appointment so am happy that the service helped me to achieve my objectives adequately.”

“Really quick response with 5 possible results which was amazing. All were very positive, informative and helpful. The only downside was the quotes were lower than was actually the case and well out of date. I know it is difficult when these may involve different needs but maybe ask companies to update with their latest quotes.”

“I've been very impressed with using the Local Surveyors Direct site. Within 24hrs I'd received 5 responses and once I'd provided basic information, within 48hrs I'd received 5 quotes and booked a survey for a few days later. The survey was then completed and I had a pdf report all in less than one week. Thank you”

“I was offered an EPC by the estate agents for £144, including VAT. I went on the LSD website on Wednesday, found someone with good reviews immediately and it was completed on Thursday morning. As it was local, he gave me a discount from £95 to £70 A fantastic service!”

“It was a quick and easy process to retrieve quotes online and useful not to have to enter a telephone number as this usually results in a bombardment of calls. Instead I received a number of swift replies by email which was much easier to manage.”
