“Thank You for the service. It was useful to get some local contact points. Some replied very quickly and others took a bit of time. Being able to read previous reviews on various surveyors was very useful. We made a short list and were persuaded by the speed of one particular surveyor's response. Buying a house is a very long, drawn out procedure and it's nice to know that there are some professionals out there that are keen to act as quickly as we are.”

“Getting an email with quotes for different companies was helpful however I then had multiple emails from all the different companies reinforcing their quotes which I did not appreciate and had no way of opting out of”

“Put information in to what I was looking for had a good response firms replied with various quotes but Avanzar called and took £50 off the quote so I used them and had a 100 page survey done which was with pictures which I was impressed with.”

“I found the site to be very useful in that it forwarded my enquiry to a number of potential suppliers. The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that two of the suppliers were quite far away from my address and none appeared to have read the supplementary information I gave in my enquiry.”

“When I used this service I did not realise that I would be inundated with emails - and then follow up emails within 24 hours. And now a survey request before I've had time to even begin to work through all of the emails. This is overkill and achieves the direct opposite of what it is supposed to do.”
