In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“As not clear you would share my details with loads of surveyors my phone has been none stop calling”

Hi- I am sorry you were not happy with phone calls from the Surveyors. We do offer the option to not include your phone call so you are able to avoid this happening. If you want to do this you simply need to put 0000 into the telephone number box instead of your own number.

“Very efficient and quick to respond. Only issue I had was when the assessor came to my property he didn’t take his shoes off and walked in every room with his shoes. Was quite annoying.”

“I used Local Surveyors Direct to get quotes from electrical companies to provide an Electrical Installation Conditon Report for a rental flat. After inputting my deatils, I immediately received an email with quotes from 8 companies, one of which even followed up with a detailed quote to my email address. This is an excellent website and service which I will use again.”

“My request specifically asked NOT to be provided with information about surveyors. Of the five companies about which I received info, one was a surveyors, and it was not the last in the list.. This makes me doubt that the info I was sent was the most relevant. Even worse, the info provided was not available as a pdf for later use, so I had to cut and paste it. This produced a 110 page document in Word with over 300 blank numbered fields interspersed in the text that I had to remove. Sadly, the vast majority of this info was customer reviews of the surveyors - exactly the sort of info I asked to not receive. Two of the companies listed have contacted me 24 hours later. That's very good. However the overall design of this digital service needs to be improved so that users aren't sent the wrong info and so they can easily refer to info they are sent at a later date.”

“Using the website was very easy and of the 6 suppliers I was immediately informed about, I was able to have same day email contact with 1 local supplier who gave me the sort of information that helped me make a verbal enquiry of them which confirmed that they would be the right one for me. Thus this site enabled me to choose AC-Surveys and Derek and Barbara gave me an excellent and timely service. I would therefore highly recommend them, and this website.”
