Within 24hrs I'd received 5 responses and once I'd provided basic information, within 48hrs I'd received 5 quotes and booked a survey for a few days later. The survey was then completed and I had a pdf report all in less than one week. Thank you”

“I was offered an EPC by the estate agents for £144, including VAT. I went on the LSD website on Wednesday, found someone with good reviews immediately and it was completed on Thursday morning. As it was local, he gave me a discount from £95 to £70 A fantastic service!”

“It was a quick and easy process to retrieve quotes online and useful not to have to enter a telephone number as this usually results in a bombardment of calls. Instead I received a number of swift replies by email which was much easier to manage.”
