In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“Disappointed with rating although questioned the surveyor he stated it was a data base which analysed his answers but it appeared to be one size fits all and as we have not the norm it didn’t seem to allow for our solar tubes for heating water which operate very efficiently and we have the thicker loft insulation and all fairly new upvc windows at the new regulated gap all around.Our sun lounge is insulated with special insulated roof so cool in summer warm in winter The listing shows our windows as poor but apparently if I asked for a second opinion at a cost the result would be the same”

“As it is many years since we last moved I was interested to know how much a property condition report would be. I had not realised that you would be passing my details immediately to so many surveyors who would contact me. For the moment at least I'm afraid their time has been wasted. It would had been helpful if there had been an option to withhold my information.”

“I clearly didn't read your site details well enough and so was astonished to be inundated with calls and emails from prospective suppliers many of whom had certainly not read the brief. I have silenced my telephone, waded through the emails and found a couple which are perhaps appropriate for my requirements.”

“Unfortunatly none of the suggested companies were at all local to the job in question and this was an important factor in who i would employ. Most firms were miles away, some even hundreds. Of the six that were suggested three replied to offer their services, which i declined.”

“I have no doubt as to the ability and service of the surveyors coming back to me. However I am currently not looking to buy or sell. My interest was a future report on repairs to my property, which I could then use to approach builder/roofer to quote on.”

“Great that we received so many quotes, however we were inundated with telephone calls on the day, which we weren't expecting. Some rang several times. Might be best to just include email address.”

“When I used the website, I was surprised that some replies arrived more or less immediately, considering that I sent it out of working hours. I suspect they were automated responses. One of the surveyors asked for more information, and then declined to take on the job!”

“I only wanted to know if a local (Warwick) Architect or someone who could advise us about planning permission. We have been refused and wondered if we could get advise about re- applying . Would rather meet someone if possible. In Warwick Val Yates”

“The website is easy to use and gives valuable information. Unfortunately, the rather over zealous communications from practically all the companies in the search results, plus some who were not even mentioned as far as I could see, has been an irritation since. Please limit your follow up responses just to companies that I have clicked on for further information.”

“Getting an email with quotes for different companies was helpful however I then had multiple emails from all the different companies reinforcing their quotes which I did not appreciate and had no way of opting out of”
