“I wanted a bespoke survey but this was not an option and so I did not want any of the quotes I had to sign up for. It would be helpful if you could make the limits of your surveys clear at the start”

“Made a search for local electricians who could provide EICR certification. List seemed reasonable and I sent 3 emails. One bounced and the other two haven't responded. Called the number off the side of a van I saw this morning and I'll stick with him.”

“I guess it is confusing - it says you’re a comparison website, so naturally you do the form to then see quotes so you can go away and then contact who you want… instead you actually sign yourself up to be inundated with emails from businesses that think you have personally enquired with them. It was really unhelpful and ended up making a simple enquiry into something quite overwhelming”
