“I only gave it 2 stars because I asked for an RICS LAND surveyer as I wanted a "Land registry plans" but I jeut kept getting replys for Building surveyors, Loads of replys, but NOT what I asked for.”

“I didn't realise that when I filled in the form it would go to all the firms on the list, which thankfully wasn't as many as some people have had to deal with. I thought I could chose who to contact from that list. One firm from Manchester has been particularly pushy and I'm sure the emails I was answering every few minutes were with an AI assistant and not Adam himself, like the one that phoned asking me to book a phone call with Adam. I agreed to a short call with Isaac from somewhere else and got him to send his quote in and email. So far I haven't been harassed today but am expecting some kind of follow up when I don't email back today. I've been contacted by the actual person I sent an email to who is local to me and seems much more in touch with local planning in Dudley. So I've put Isaac on the back burner for now while I discuss matters with Alun. It would be nice if it was made clear that my details were being sent out to their whole list rather than my choosing from that list.”

“i received a long list of potential EPC providers, but having rang a number of them gave up, because all I got were "leave your message" wervices. I was looking for a quick response, and would rather have given the sq m of the house online and received a firm quote from a number of providers, rather than having to take the time to contact a number, wait for them to reply then wait for their quotes before being able to arrange a visit.”

“Nightmare!!! I was expecting a few companies to contact me but my inbox has been over flowing with emails saying "Thank you for asking us to conduct your survey, this is what to do/how much". I did not want all these emails! All I wanted was a list of local companies. Really, very disappointing. Deleting all of them.”

“Made a search for local electricians who could provide EICR certification. List seemed reasonable and I sent 3 emails. One bounced and the other two haven't responded. Called the number off the side of a van I saw this morning and I'll stick with him.”
