“My enquiry resulted in multiple phone calls, one of which was unprofessional in his response to my description of the issue (dramatic conclusions reached without inspection, photos or thorough understanding) I was interested in having surveyed. I eventually engaged an local surveyor through the RICS website.”

Hi- I am sorry you were not happy with phone calls from the Surveyors. We do offer the option to not include your phone call so you are able to avoid this happening. If you want to do this you simply need to put 0000 into the telephone number box instead of your own number.

“Bombarded by mails from all over the West Midlands and South West. Just wanted to deal with a local firm who I can visit in person if things go astray. Obviously the definition of 'Local' is a 100 mile radius....”

“Not great. It doesn't give you any immediate way to contact the companies. And when I accidentally clicked the back button, it lost all my results and I had to start again! Very, very basic website with much need for improvement.”

“was sent a short list of saviours for my electrical issue so I got in touch with the one nearest me in Helston and informed him that I was having issues due to electrical problems, couldn't get the boilers to work because of the problem so no heat or water, and could he get in touch very quickly as was quite urgent. His response? Still waiting, no response at all. Absolute waste of time. Do yourself a favour, keep ringing round, these bunch are useless”

“I am still in the process of viewing houses, and I have used this service solely to get a general idea of the prices of surveyors in my area. However, LSD forwarded my contact details to all surveyors in town, who started spamming my email inbox and calling me nonstop. If I had known this in advance I would have never used LSD.”

“Use this 'service" at your peril. You will be bombarded with dozens a d dozens of emails followed by numerous phonecall chasing your business. I did not sign up to this.”

“Very poor. They offered surveyors in Bury, Nottingham, Dyserth (Wales) & Suffolk. To value a house in Sheffield??? Not impressed and will not use them again. Perhaps they can blame AI for the mess....”
