“Very easy site to use. I received emails from local EPC Surveyors very quickly and I didn't even need to call them they called me. Had my EPC done the following day at a time of my choice. Would definitely recommend.”

“If your are looking for a swift response and a figures to work with this is a great option to running around the web. “Brilliant. Was contacted by a surveyor within half an hour of my enquiry and one surveyor, Chris Nash, was honest enough to explain that as I was purchasing a brand new house, that as long as all the certificates were in place then I wouldn't need a survey at all, thus doing himself out of a job. Very impressed with his honesty and would certainly use him for anything else.”

“The details you provided me were very good but I do not appreciate getting hassled via phonecalls from yourselves and surveyors. Since doing the review I've had at least 5 missed calls and around 3 voicemails within 24 hours. There should be an option to stipulate if you wanted to be contacted or not. This experience has not been pleasant and one I will not be repeating!”

“Meant to have a tentative browse concerning a small building project. Presented with a list of local architects,was surprised to hear from two within minutes, impressed,but then felt rather pressured. Responded to both politely ,but will take my time. Perhaps I didn't read terms and conditions properly?”

“The prices given were very competitive, and I shall be contacting one of your contractors if I choose to rent out my flat through the local authority. At the moment I am trying to rent out privately through an estate agent, holding an electrical installation certificate two years old, but if I decide to rent out through the local authority, I will certainly contact one of your contractors mentioned on the site, as the price is very competitive.”

“I posted a request to have 2 spotlights fitted in my flat .I was contacted straight away by 3 trade people , The first one came to quote within 2 hours, and did the job there and then. He did a very good job ,I would certainly recommend him.”
