In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“This site provided list of surveyors but do not reply to your comments. Your comments will have to come from a surveyor who has previously registered with this site. This surveyor then, would have seen your comments and choose to contact you. You will receive a few replies via email offering initial free consultations. However, the list of surveyors are limited within the area acquired. In my case, majorities are Bristol city based which reflected in the hourly rate. To be fair, business in city cost more to run. On a positive note, every surveyor that had been in touch with us have been very friendly and helpful with their advice. If anyone outhere need a surveyor, do read your deeds in term of right of access and be clear if you need it for building, party wall act or neighbouring land access. It does help when you are looking for a surveyor as you would have understood the details. I would recommend this site for surveyors. I would recommend the site to consider adding surveyors from rural site as well.”

“You are asking for feedback too early- as you cannot be separated from the service your people supply. The top two did ring me almost immediately however - faster than "rated people" and I picked one. If they are rubbish I COULD NOT HELP BUT BLAME YOU HOWEVER- SO ASK LATER!”

“I actually asked for local architects but got a list of architectural technologists instead, some of whom contacted me and were quite forceful in persuading me to use their services and not get in an architect - in fact in some cases rubbishing the need for a fully qualified architect. I am afraid I did not find this very helpful as I had already made the decision that I needed and was prepared to pay for a full architect.”

“I have had one electricians who came to the house a week ago to give a quote, haven't heard from him since, despite emailing and I emailed another local one who hasn't come back to me at all! I am trying one last electrician today, fingers crossed!”

“I was really disappointed to be bombarded with phone calls and voicemails minutes after using this site. I was under the impression I would be free to contact people in my own time. I didn't realise my details would be passed out immediately to surveyors. Do not use if you don't want to receive multiple phone calls!”

“Quite surprised that less than 24hours after submitting my request on a sunday you are asking for a review. Well of the eight companies details you supplied two made contact. One was based in Glasgow with a sensible price. The other based in Edinburgh where I require the work done but at double the price. Far from impressed with the timing of your review request and would hesitate to recommend. Further to my initial reply the e mail address given for Edinburgh company who contacted me is not accepting mail. They contacted me by phone with a price and when I tried to contact them by e mail at the address you listed george@pmas-edinburgh.co.uk a refusal came back to my mail in box Dear oh Dear”

“Hi This was a great site, albeit I had never previously heard of it! I have some minor structural works that need an engineer, some drawings and calcs to be done and a party wall notice/schedule of condition/licence for alterations to be done. Organised the same now and a visit with a local engineer/surveyor at v reasonable prices on the same day I came across the site. Really v good indeed. The site gave me immediate details of local surveyors for me to contact. Smooth and seamless process. Great.”

“Two firms contacted me within minutes of getting quotes - one by phone and the other by text. My preference was by text. They were initially a bit more expensive but agreed to match the lowest quote I had. Quick and efficient service.”

“Initial web contact didnt lead to what i wanted ie i wanted specific defect report, not as offered full survey and buyer survey report. But follow up contact with individual survey let to result. Disappointed was not offered local surveyer ie BA15 area. thank you”
