“got a reply within an hour from someone fairly local. appoinments made measured up in five days so the ball is rolling. In the past it has not been easy to find certain business,s unlell one is afrequent user.”

“Robert was very thorough, and I felt the survey was comprehensive. Perhaps due to his busy schedule, he was not particularly good at communicating, for example on the day he was not able to access certain areas, which I could have arranged if he had called! Overall, I would use him again”

“I tried your site as test as you had emailed my firm asking us to sign up to it ( we are a conveyancing solicitors) The problem from my point of view is you allow firms from way outside of our area to advertise at prices it would be impossible to match by a firm in the London area. Indeed. I doubt any firm anywhere could really act in a purchase for £299 without cutting corners or making a loss. So unless you restrict firms to offering services in their own geographical area and find some way of making it clear it is quality of service and not just price which should be taken into account there is no point us joining you Regards Robert Sayer”

“Would have preferred to be able to review results without the companies involved being sent my details, certainly not my phone number. I have since contacted one of the companies Would have preferred to limit the distance the companies were from me, some yorkshire and even London too far away to be considered. One guy Jafar left a message on my answer machine whose accent and line noise made the message unintelligble. Response to my request was quick and I was pleased with that - saved me some time searching.”

“I have used Local Surveyors Direct to find Asbestos Surveyors. Its been so easy and fast experienced! I typed in what I was looking for and gave a brief information and details to contact me on. Straight after pressing the button of Submit my details, I received 3 phone call from different companies interested in providing the work I was after. Thanks to having a choice, I have chosen what suited us best: Asbestos First Consultancy, who provided us with absolutely excellent service! and thank you ever so much for that. “I am currently buying my first house and needed a survey done. I know nothing about the survey process so using Local Surveyors allowed me to get names and contact details of registered surveyors. I like that a rough price was given for each different company and a name and contact details. I have had correspondence from almost all firms on the list and it has enabled me to make an informed decision about the process. Very helpful.”

“one of the people whose name you gave us for Asbestos removal contacted within the hour by telephone even though this was Saturday evening ! And gave us a quote after discussing our requirements. One also e mailed within hours asking for some further details so well done - it works !!”
