“This wbsite was useful for finding architects n the local area but I did not appreciate being called at work repeatedly within the same afternoon almost as soon as I had completed the search. Similarly being called at home at 8pm in the evening was irritating. I would have liked to collect telephone numbers, do my research on each company and then contact the ones I liked, instead I felt hassled.”

“The quotations I received were all grossly under the actual cost of the homebuyers report - going by the surveyors suggested it would have costed me £145 more than what was quoted. Also, the quotes received never said whether it was vat included.”

“We approached one company, and only one company. I did not expect to receive UNSOLICITED EMAILS from several other companies to whom you appear to have passed on our details as well as a description of the work required, and in whom we have no interest. This is a clear breach of Data Protection. Amongst these was a company who emailed a quotation more than TEN TIMES higher than the five companies whose details we were given in our web search. This Southampton-based company - we are in London - was not one of them. We shall not be visiting your site again.”
