“Speedy and professional. I contacted Mr Shah from ENERGY EPC yesterday morning and arranged an appointment slot for that afternoon. He was punctual, excellent communication as I had asked for 15mins notice prior his arrival. He was professional and I received the EPC within two hours of the him viewing the property. I would definitely recommend him. Mrs S Hargrave”

“I completed the property and survey details as requested and immediately received a list of surveyors with prices. Literally within minutes I then received a call from one of the surveyors and terms were agreed. From making the initial enquiry to finalising the survey was probably no more than 20 minutes. If the rest of the house purchase runs as smoothly I'll be a very happy chappie!”

“Aziz was extremely friendly..as I just moved into my new flat with a new baby, I was desperate for someone to fix our electric cooker. He was on his way to work when he called but as soon as he heard the word baby, he was here in under 5mins. And the price was very affordable. I will highly recommend him..”

“The website was excellent. Easy to navigate and questions led to outcome looked for However I did not appreciate that all the businesses identified as relevant and local would all respond by email with quotes which was overwhelming. I would have preferred to have controlled any further contact with the identified businesses myself and not to have had my email box flooded with unwanted individual responses. Thank you”
