“I was kept up to date with the progress of the order right down to a delivery window of an hour and a half. I had a scare when I saw a different colour on the box/package to that which I ordered but once I opened it the package inside was the right colour. Cheers.”

“Ordered a floor adhesive from a different company which they failed to deliver. When I chased it they informed me that there supplier could no longer provide it. Found the same product at Lilley Tile & Stone £30 cheaper and arrived the next day with text alert of delivery time. Couldn't ask for better service!”

“was only doing a small DIY repair, so didn't need large quantity of adhesive and colored grout. couldn't find what i needed in local DIY / builders merchant shops. found Lilley Tile and Stone online, had everything i needed and even with delivery was cheaper than anywhere else i looked.”

“Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially as we made an error in choosing the wrong colour of Kerapoxy. As we were in a hurry to get the work done, they quickly sent off a new order, which arrived on time, as we were sending the incorrect colour back to them. Very grateful, thank you. PS Just waiting for the refund for the incorrect colour which we sent back.”
