“was only doing a small DIY repair, so didn't need large quantity of adhesive and colored grout. couldn't find what i needed in local DIY / builders merchant shops. found Lilley Tile and Stone online, had everything i needed and even with delivery was cheaper than anywhere else i looked.”

“Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially as we made an error in choosing the wrong colour of Kerapoxy. As we were in a hurry to get the work done, they quickly sent off a new order, which arrived on time, as we were sending the incorrect colour back to them. Very grateful, thank you. PS Just waiting for the refund for the incorrect colour which we sent back.”

“Excellent from looking for items, selection, purchase and delivery. Everything was seem less and good prices too. I found Lilleys after being badly let down by another (far more expensive) firm. I would (and will) recommend them and use them again in the future.”

“Easy to use website. When I 'phoned to adjust the order I was greeted by the owner who was more than just helpful.. he's a really nice guy. Delivery was prompt and the driver very accommodating. Will be using Lilley again”

“Very easy transaction.. delivery was meant to be 3-5 working days but I ordered the grout Monday and got it 2 days later on Wednesday morning. . Very impressed with delivery time and product was as ordered. Overall a very good experience.”
