“Unable to find any stores that stocked the Schluter tile trims, I found Lilley Tile & Stone as the only on-line retailer that stocked a variety of sizes and types of the Schluter tile trims that I was after. Order delivered promptly and well packaged (although may be too well packaged) and would not hesitate to re-order products from them again. Thank you.”

“Easy to order. Good value. Reasonable delivery charges. Delivered early enough to be able to start work. I would definitely use your company again. Parcelforce tracking on website was a bit confusing as I had not used it before. It was a bit worrying when it showed that there were only three items for delivery when I had ordered twelve but it turned out that there were four items per box on delivery. Also showed that it was on express delivery when I had ordered three/five day which was again worrying as I was left wondering if I was going to be charged extra. I hope this feedback helps.
