“I've ordered product twice from Lilley Tile & Stone. On both occassions the service, product and price has been excellent. Of course the true measure of customer service is not when everything goes well, but what happens when something goes wrong - Fortunately I'm yet to experience that with Lilley Tile & Stone. “Phoned up to purchase some screed for patch repairs to a kitchen floor. The person I spoke to me to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and offered me a slightly different product to the one I was originally going to buy. The product arrived quickly as went down very easily just as the advice I was given. I would highly recommend buying from these people.”

“Excellent service from Lilley Tile and Stone, they had a Kerakoll colour that no one else was stocking so really saved the day for us. Great customer service and delivery was next day, although their delivery prices are higher than others at least you were guaranteed the goods would arrive when they said they would.”

We have checked your order and whilst we appreciate your comments concerning Schluters image of the product you purchased, it was the correct product that was sent. The delivery was also in line with our websites data and as far as we're aware was received within the specified 7-10 days as it was coming direct from Germany. Despite this, we are reviewing the images used to see if we can better represent the finish. As stated, colours can vary from the images posted due to differances in the media used to view them (Phones, PC's etc) This does not detract from your poor experience for which we apologise for.
