“Excellent customer service - had an issue with brass coloured tile trim that was delivered not looking brass. Stu and team helped me to select a different model in the series that matched my needs and arranged for speedy redelivery and collection of the order. “Wrote to Lilley Tile re issues with delivery and they have not had the courtesy to respond. In future I will be ordering further materials from different supplier. Very poor service.”
