“The grinding disc I bought arrived in time. Unfortunately though it looked exactly like the old one it did not fit onto the center pin, I had to drill the hole bigger to make things work.”

“Great company. The only company that offered a very wide range of tile grout pens in different colours. Order arrived very promptly and product great - just what we wanted. We've just had a wood effect tile flooring laid in the bathroom and the grout colouring was too pale and really stood out. Now rectified with product from Lilley Tile & Stone. Would thoroughly recommend.”

Samsul, firstly our sincere apologies. Whilst the product was shipped as requested, we did not find out about this issue until you chased it up. It would appear that the delivery was unfortunately lost by the courier. Although the situation was out of our control, we still have to take responsibility, so we can't really complain about the 1 star in this case. “The tap and sink was good and easy to install but the bottle trap that came with the sinks didn’t fit so I had to then go and get two new ones”

“I have made about four purchases from Lilley tile and stone in the past month. Aside from being price competitive the service was fantastic. Whatever was ordered was delivered as agreed. The courier company they use kept me up to date and always delivered within the time window .. very courteous drivers. On a couple of occasions I had an issue with my order, no quicker than my email had been received by Lilley tile & stone the issue was rectified.. great company and service.”
