David, I notice that you used click and collect. I know that we have had some issues with the new Google/Apple pay system defaulting to that which has now been rectified. Can you confirm your issue was dealt with? Best Regards Ray Lilley Web Support

“I was familiar with Lilley and Stone when I lived local to the showroom and recently ordered a particular adhesive online. The product had formed a 'large crust' which reduced the quantity and as a result, the job was unfinished. I phoned and spoke to someone and sent photos. I was immediately offered a replacement which I received the next day. Excellent customer service around a faulty tub of a good product! I'm happy to recommend the company and will use them again.”

Dean, As with a previous customer it looks like you had selected click and collect. Whilst we have change the default in Google/Apple Pay now to standard delivery we know it did create some confusion with customers at the time for which we apologise.
