I was familiar with Lilley and Stone when I lived local to the showroom and recently ordered a particular adhesive online. The product had formed a 'large crust' which reduced the quantity and as a result, the job was unfinished. I phoned and spoke to someone and sent photos. I was immediately offered a replacement which I received the next day.
Excellent customer service around a faulty tub of a good product! I'm happy to recommend the company and will use them again.
