“Hi, I found the website easy to use. I got the pattern and wool in good time. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay extra vat because the parcel was coming into Ireland. Other UK sites that I use, always let me know that if I go over a certain payment, the parcel will be charged extra vat by the Irish revenue. This has made me rethink buying from your website. Regards Jane”

“I’m a three time return customer and I love the baby yarn you offer but I’m a bit hesitant to reorder with how my package arrived to USA this last time. You packaged 14 skeins of yarn in a paper sack that somewhere along the trip had a 10 inch rip in it. Please see pictures I’ve enclosed. I look forward to hearing from you about quality control. Hello, Thank you for your review Apologies your parcel has arrived damaged, we would never send a parcel out like that and can only think this has happened during transit We have recently made the decision to switch from plastic to these eco friendly bags which have been chosen by us for various reasons such as they are 100% recyclable, 100% biodegradable they are also plastic free and planet friendly. We are keeping a record of any feedback we get from customers regarding the packaging, so we do appreciate your comments. Hopefully your experience of damaged packaging is a one off. “The colour of this yarn differed vastly from the website photo and the colour name of almond. I wrote and received a reply as follows. Sorry, the reply has copied first. I never received my promised 10% discount refund. Thank you for your email, I can see there is a difference in the yarn colour from the image on our website to the image you have sent us, I can only apologise for this, unfortunately we are only able to use images that our supplier supplies us with. I have added the 10% to your new order for the cream and have refunded the difference back to you, as soon as we receive the almond back we will issue a refund. Apologies again for this. The difference in colour between your website photo and the yarn is vast. I am returning the yarn and phoned to ask for a replacement. I was told this service is not available to do a return and reorder. I have reordered the yarn in cream however I could not use the 10% discount for being a new customer. I think the almond yarn is more of a camel or sand shade rather than an almond. As a new customer I am disappointed. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Ann”
