“Yarn did not shop when it was supposed to , I tried to cancel the order and they said that it was shipping that day and it did not . I had advised them that I was leaving the shipping address and that yarn could not be delivered. They stated that when they got it back they would issue a refund . I have not received it . The whole order was for under $20 !! Customer service is certainly not good!”

“I remembered Laughing Hens from when they used to write an enjoyable article in The Knitter magazine so I was interested to buy something from them. I am not happy buying on-line and I was very pleased to be able to telephone my order through. The lady I spoke to was friendly and very helpful and I was happy with my order and it's delivery. “Beautiful soft baby wool. Got a present of West Yorkshire spinners bo peep wools but needed an extra ball. Delivery was quite slow to Dublin but the wool is perfect. Love the Sea Horse colour.”
