“Returns were very tricky. I had to chase up my return after 2 weeks, and then when I received it, it was for one item only. I had returned 2. After 2 conversations on the phone I was told I would receive the cost of 2 as a gesture of good will I was made to feel like I was lying. I shall not make a purchase from Laughing Hens again, which is a shame, as I planned to place a large order.”

Thank you for your feed back. After reviewing the return received at our warehouse, I can confirm that only one item was included in the parcel delivered to us. We did not receive a second item in that return. That said, as discussed during your previous conversations with our team, we did go ahead and issue a refund for the second item as a gesture of goodwill. This has now been processed in full. I am very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and for any point at which you felt uncomfortable during the process. That was certainly never our intention. “I have always been very satisfied with buying wool from Laughing Hens. It allows me using a qualitative wool for a reasonable price. I cannot afford the same brands when visiting a woolly shop. The choice you offer is huge, the delivery waiting time is minimal. A mega thanks to Laughing Hens. I love my recently purchased DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk 17 Light Lavender. You will see the pictures of this project intended for my teenage daughter.”

“Very pleased with my order from laughing hens. Shipped to Canada fairly quick. Had to pay a $15 fee for duty but the price of the yarn with the duty was still only 2/3 the price of the yarn had I purchased in Canada. Laughing Hens has great sales!”
