“Laughing Hens always has what I'm looking for, and usually in abundance. No matter how niche I think the yarn I want is, Laughing Hens usually has it. Their website is exceptionally easy to navigate, and I love browsing through to see what's on offer. My orders have always been processed promptly, and delivery has always been quick too, even though I'm in Australia and they're in the UK. I chose them because the name made me smile, and I keep going back to them because they're reliable, their prices are great, and they get everything done at the speed of light. I wrote to ask them if they could help me find a particular yarn I'd been looking for, and they wrote back immediately (even though they didn't stock it) saying that it had been discontinued by the manufacturer. That's service. They're my favourite yarn shop. Good job, and thank you Laughing Hens!”
