“I was looking for a specific yarn which Laughing Hens had in stock in the colour I wanted. Very easy to use the website, placing an order was simple. The service was second to none! What was lovely is that one of the girls very kindly phoned me shortly after placing my order, to say that I had ordered the last of this particular colour and one of the balls of yarn was of a different dye lot and did I want to change or cancel my order. She reassured me that the colours look the same, but clearly felt it was the right thing to do to contact me. I was happy to continue with the order, which arrived within a day or so and was absolutely fine. So nice to deal with a human being! Highly recommended.”

“I ordered yarn expecting a long delivery time to the US. I ordered on 9-10 and it arrived 1-15. Not only that but the UK postal system is wonderful. I got updates all along the way. I like the color. Can't wait to cast on.”

“My first time knitting colourwork and I am very happy with the yarn it kept the tension well and was easy to handle when knitting the feel is fairly soft and washes well. The pattern is from Caitlin Hunter and I adjusted the top half of the design as my daughter did not want a V neck.”
