The tracking is not showing anything so i can only assume that it has got lost, if you would like to get in touch with us at sales@laughinghens.com we will be happy to resend the parcel or issue a refund. Hello Judith, We received an email from you on the 23rd of February stating you wished to amend you order, we emailed back on the 23rd to say we were unable to do that and that we would cancel and refund your order so you could place a new order. We have received several emails from yourself which we have replied to unfortunately it seems you are not receiving them, your order was cancelled and refunded on the 23rd please do check your records. I ordered Rowan felted tweed on February 24, 2024 and was billed the same day. It has been 3 weeks and I have received neither the yarn nor a shipping notice. E-mails inquiring about the order have not been answered. Although I have ordered from Laughing Hens in the past and received good service, the current situation is worrisome for me and reflects poorly on this company.

Hello Mary, We received your order, however we only had mixed dyelots i did email you in regards to this but heard nothing back, i have had multiple emails from you this week which i have replied to. As we were unable to get the yarn from our supplier a full refund was issued on the 12/03 please check your records. Apologies for the inconvinience Kind regards Laughing Hens

Hello, Having looked at the tracking for the parcel i can see that delivery was attempted on the following dates 14th 15th 18th and 19th of December, it then says that as delivery could not be made they have redirected the parcel back to us we however have not received it. i can only assume it has got lost in transit, i have now issued you with a full refund. Hello, Having checked the tracking for the parcel it says that the item was being returned to us on the 01/11 as they as they were unable to identify the correct delivery address, if you would like to get in touch with us direct at sales@laughinghens.com, we can either arrange for the parcel to resent out after clarifying the address with yourself or we can issue a refund. Not happy at all with the addi needles. Aluminium needles with a powder coating. I've purchased other sets of this brand from other sites with no problems. This set I feel are counterfeit as the powder coating comes off onto my knitting and left dirty streaks. Both sets (two sizes) are the same. I've tried scratching off the coating but then they are useless. Only fit for the bin. I've wasted a whole lot of yarn in the process. I'd say if you want this brand which is a good brand usually I'd recommend purchasing from a different site.

I would just like to add these needles are not counterfeit as we get these sent to us directly from Addi themselves. Please send some images over so we can get this resolved for you. I have often in the past ordered from this company with no problems, but this last time they sent the wrong needles. As I live abroad I did not return the needles (problems with customs duties etc) and said I would just take the loss. I had expected them to say sorry and that I was very understanding. There was no acknowledgement of my message. They asked me to review my purchase and so I repeated my message and said if they did not reply I would give them a bad review. My advice is do not use the company.

The pattern I ordered is not the one I received. It was a photo copy of a different pattern. Very disappointing.

Hate how the yarn were shipped in a thin paper bag, received it damaged. Unfortunately was running very late in my project so couldn’t do the return, who send the delicate threads do carelessly

Yarn did not shop when it was supposed to , I tried to cancel the order and they said that it was shipping that day and it did not . I had advised them that I was leaving the shipping address and that yarn could not be delivered. They stated that when they got it back they would issue a refund . I have not received it . The whole order was for under $20 !! Customer service is certainly not good!

You should not be charged customs as we send our orders with an IOSS number. Please contact us on sales@laughinghens.com with your receipt and we will reimburse the charge.

Ik kreeg de indruk dat ik het patroon in het Nederlands zou ontvangen, dat bleek echter niet het geval. Aangezien ik ook nog een aanzienlijk bedrag bij moest betalen, ben ik zeer ontevreden over de aankoop. Retouneren zou mij nog meer geld kosten, dus ik neem maar mijn verlies.
