“Returns were very tricky. I had to chase up my return after 2 weeks, and then when I received it, it was for one item only. I had returned 2. After 2 conversations on the phone I was told I would receive the cost of 2 as a gesture of good will I was made to feel like I was lying. I shall not make a purchase from Laughing Hens again, which is a shame, as I planned to place a large order.”

Thank you for your feed back. After reviewing the return received at our warehouse, I can confirm that only one item was included in the parcel delivered to us. We did not receive a second item in that return. That said, as discussed during your previous conversations with our team, we did go ahead and issue a refund for the second item as a gesture of goodwill. This has now been processed in full. I am very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and for any point at which you felt uncomfortable during the process. That was certainly never our intention. “Order No.: 763080 I purchased 11 x Alpaca Cloud in Pampero Pink on 9th October 2025. As it turned out I did not need all 11 and returned 3 to you. The order number was written on the return label which I printed from your website. I sent it Royal Mail tracked and you received on 3rd November. When can I expect my refund?”

“Impossible customer service and intransparent. Wrote a cancellation email maybe a minute after placing my order - the website made it appear like it was a German-based shop, but when ordering I realized it was based in the UK. When there was no confirmation of my cancellation, I sent two other emails, both were ignored. Will mot be ordering from them again.”

“I placed my order on January 4, 2025. Was shipped on January 13th. I haven't received my item yet. I made a refund request on February 24th with customer service. I haven't received a refund either.”

“Deutsche Webseite, versendet aber aus UK, was zu langen Lieferzeiten führt. Paket wurde erst versendet, nachdem nach über einer Woche nichts passiert ist. Bei der Rückgabe von Artikeln dauert Bearbeitung und Erstattung sehr lange - Support reagiert auf Nachrichten diesbezüglich nicht.”

“Placed order (not cheap) received no communication, no confirmation, no ETA. NO response to three emails. Paid with PAYPAL, will now initiate a refund request through them.”

“They that claim they ship orders in 2 working days, but what happens in 2 working days is that you receive a notification that the order is delayed. They take the money and after that they don't respond to emails, and their phone number doesn't work at all. The line drops. I requested cancellation and refund. This was the last time I placed an order with them. Offering this type of service in 2025 is abysmal.”
