I’m a three time return customer and I love the baby yarn you offer but I’m a bit hesitant to reorder with how my package arrived to USA this last time. You packaged 14 skeins of yarn in a paper sack that somewhere along the trip had a 10 inch rip in it. Please see pictures I’ve enclosed. I look forward to hearing from you about quality control.
