Hi, I found the website easy to use. I got the pattern and wool in good time.
However, I was disappointed that I had to pay extra vat because the parcel was coming into Ireland. Other UK sites that I use, always let me know that if I go over a certain payment, the parcel will be charged extra vat by the Irish revenue. This has made me rethink buying from your website.
