“Wrong item received 4.5mm not 4.00 as on order. I sent an email straight away but I am still waiting for a response. Therefore I have not been able to start my project. Any chance of you now sending a 4.00mm so that I can start my project”

“I would love to write one but I have not received my full order. Over a month ago I was advised That the yarn that was back ordered had arrived and was being shipped to me. I still have not revised it but you received your money. Where is my order??? Would live to order more yarn from you’re company But unfortunately Can’t take the chance.”

“How ironic you ask for this as clearly you haven't read/or just ignored the 3 emails I have sent telling you the parcel never arrived! Ordered on the 24th April, lost by Royal Mail despite paying extra for delivery! I informed you that week, and then three weeks later as I read on your FAQ’s, Refunds only given after three weeks and you STILL haven't responded, not an acknowledgement of anything! Being disabled this is very stressful and calling is very difficult so where is my refund to my Order number 338105? Would never use again.”

“first of all all I got was the wool no needles no pattern I tried e.mailing you no reply tried to phone all I got was your an swer phone in the end I got the kit from wool and the gang which cost a lot more than you were charing”

Received the following email on April 9, 2020: "Your order has been received and you will soon be able to track your items using this tracking number UQ028199269DE and the following link https://www.packet.deutschepost.com//web/portal-europe/packet_traceit?barcode=UQ028199269DE. Please note, tracking updates will only be provided once your order starts its journey." Kind regards, Deutsche Post I've receive no further updates or tracking information and have NOT received my item. Cannot 'review' an item that I have NOT received as of Saturday, May 09, 2020 at 7:30 PM. Will be happy to review item should I ever receive it. D. Durham”

“I waited to receive the pattern and wool I ordered sadly it never arrived. When I emailed I was told that some of my order was out of stock so I cancelled the whole order. I did receive payment in full which was good.”

“Alabaster is not light pink as it appears here, it is light green. That is the reason I had to exchange the yarn. Even though it it was not my fault, it was the fault of your website, I had to pay to return the yarn. This is not fair!”

“I ordered four balls of three different colours of this wool. Two colours were fine but this one appeared moth eaten. The wool came off the ball in strands with breaks in it, the ends of which looked ragged. Two balls were okay but two were not usable unfortunately”
