I have no issue with the product I ordered. It is fine. But the websites first states "All USA orders are Tracked. 5-7 day delivery time". When I ordered, choosing the most economical form of shipping the website state "Carrier: USPS (Untracked) Delivery time: 7-9 working days" which seems to contradict the "All USA orders are Tracked. 5-7 day delivery time" statement. After 10 working days I emailed and requested to know where my order was. The response from Laughing Hens "Orders to the states can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If your order does not arrive in another 2 weeks please let us know." I responded back questioning the 5-7 days, Tracked and the 7-9 working days statements on the website. The response back "I apologise you are unhappy with the service received. I will pass your comments on to Management." I find this totally unacceptable and want to alert other US crafters that statements on their website or TOTALLY MISLEADING. I was VERY DISSATISFIED with the responses I received through email.
