“I am totally disappointed in Laughing Hens. I placed an order on 7/2/2020 and received a shipment notice on 7/3/2020. It is now 8/2/2020 and I have not received my order. My credit card was charged and cleared on 7/3/2020. Why have I not received my order? I contacted Laughing Hens on 7/21/2020 to ask about my shipment and was told that due to COVID 19 the order would take up to 4 weeks to receive. It's now been more than 4 weeks and I have still not received the shipment. I would DEFININTELY not recommend ordering from Laughing Hens to anyone who is thinking about it.”

“It’s been almost two months and I have not received my order. When I reached out, Laughing Hens said I didn’t pay for tracked shipping so they can’t check on it, but their website says all US orders are tracked. Customer service was prompt and issued a full refund, but it is still disappointing.”

“I have been asked to write a review about yarn that has yet to arrive as of June 17, 2020, yet I received notice of despatch May 18, 2020. The tracking number does not work and I have sent two emails asking for assistance with nothing in reply. So far, not impressed.”

“I never got what I purchased. I was told it was sent out, then a few weeks later was told it had never been shipped because something wasn't in stock. So disappointing! I was really looking forward to using the lovely crochet yarn!!”
