“It's been more than a month since I have placed this order and haven't heard from LaughingHens. If I do not hear shortly I am going to request a refund. You people haven't even sent me a tracking number. Very Poor Service.”

“first of all all I got was the wool no needles no pattern I tried e.mailing you no reply tried to phone all I got was your an swer phone in the end I got the kit from wool and the gang which cost a lot more than you were charing”

“Order#328137 was placed on April 8, 2020. Received the following email on April 9, 2020: "Your order has been received and you will soon be able to track your items using this tracking number UQ028199269DE and the following link https://www.packet.deutschepost.com//web/portal-europe/packet_traceit?barcode=UQ028199269DE. Please note, tracking updates will only be provided once your order starts its journey." Kind regards, Deutsche Post I've receive no further updates or tracking information and have NOT received my item. Cannot 'review' an item that I have NOT received as of Saturday, May 09, 2020 at 7:30 PM. Will be happy to review item should I ever receive it. D. Durham”

“I waited to receive the pattern and wool I ordered sadly it never arrived. When I emailed I was told that some of my order was out of stock so I cancelled the whole order. I did receive payment in full which was good.”

“Alabaster is not light pink as it appears here, it is light green. That is the reason I had to exchange the yarn. Even though it it was not my fault, it was the fault of your website, I had to pay to return the yarn. This is not fair!”

“I ordered four balls of three different colours of this wool. Two colours were fine but this one appeared moth eaten. The wool came off the ball in strands with breaks in it, the ends of which looked ragged. Two balls were okay but two were not usable unfortunately”

“I have no issue with the product I ordered. It is fine. But the websites first states "All USA orders are Tracked. 5-7 day delivery time". When I ordered, choosing the most economical form of shipping the website state "Carrier: USPS (Untracked) Delivery time: 7-9 working days" which seems to contradict the "All USA orders are Tracked. 5-7 day delivery time" statement. After 10 working days I emailed and requested to know where my order was. The response from Laughing Hens "Orders to the states can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If your order does not arrive in another 2 weeks please let us know." I responded back questioning the 5-7 days, Tracked and the 7-9 working days statements on the website. The response back "I apologise you are unhappy with the service received. I will pass your comments on to Management." I find this totally unacceptable and want to alert other US crafters that statements on their website or TOTALLY MISLEADING. I was VERY DISSATISFIED with the responses I received through email.”

“I haven't used the pattern because it was not readable! The writing was so small, even someone with perfect eye sight would have struggled to understand it. I paid $6.50 plus postage for a colour PDF file, not impressed. I emailed you and asked for a legible copy and was emailed the same. I won't bother with you again.”

“I would very much like to write a review. However as yet I have not had a response to me e mail shown below that I wrote on the 4th of May Regards Chris Rowan I Good Afternoon, I would like to thank you for delivering my needles to me via my friend in UK . I received them today in South Africa. However I received the metal ones and not the bamboo ones. The bamboo ones are important to me as I can take them on flights when I am travelling without having them taken from me at security. Obviously I cannot return them to you from South Africa so I need to make arrangements for some more to be sent to my daughter in law in Maidstone. However before I do order some more on line I need to ensure that the bamboo ones will be dispatched and I do not end up with the steel ones again. Do you have any suggestions as to how we can ensure that the bamboo ones are delivered ? Regards Robyn French”

“I NEVER received the pattern although I paid it and sent several emails stating that I could NOT download the PDF file.....I requested for it to me mailed to me and to date 5/19/2019 have NOT received, therefore I'm asking once again to please mail to me the pattern. Thank you, Corlette”
