“Ordering and delivery can’t be bettered. Yarn lovely and soft but awful to knit with. Have unpicked work three time and have now given up. For me yarn was a waste of money. Would not recommend and will not order that yarn again. Yarn wasn’t cheap.”

“The cotton DK was perfect. My friend knitted a little jacket for a new born. I would send you a picture but I am not clever enough. Such a lovely colour”

“I love the Arne & Carlos cushion collection book. The pictures are beautiful and helpful. The written instructions are easy to follow with little hints included. And the charts are great visuals. I look forward to collecting others.”

“I was sent the wrong pattern book. Although I contacted Laughing Hens right away via email it took more than a week to get a response. The slightly terse message was they were very busy and that they were sending me out the correct book and to keep the incorrect book. Fine. But when the second package arrived it was another copy of the same wrong book. The wrong book is about one third the cost of the correct book. I gave up and got the right book from another merchant. I feel like it’s pointless to try to resolve this with an unresponsive and sloppy seller.”
