I was sent the wrong pattern book. Although I contacted Laughing Hens right away via email it took more than a week to get a response. The slightly terse message was they were very busy and that they were sending me out the correct book and to keep the incorrect book. Fine. But when the second package arrived it was another copy of the same wrong book. The wrong book is about one third the cost of the correct book. I gave up and got the right book from another merchant. I feel like it’s pointless to try to resolve this with an unresponsive and sloppy seller.
