“Predictive text messed up my address, I put it right at the point of order however; the system kept the wrong address. My order was sent out even though I immediately made contact when I received my confirmation emial. I have asked for help, and received an unhelpful email back advising the yarn had gone out and nothing would be done. I have not even received a polite mail to explain the system. I am disappointed, have no yarn and no help or apology for a system that cannot update.”

“I emailed to take out a duplicate ASA but They went ahead and sent the duplicate anyway. They were quick to get it mailed but it took almost 14 days to get from NY to Portland Oregon by usps. But no hurry. Our mail is not so fast :(”

“Selection is always great. Prices are very reasonable, especially sale prices. Items are always well packaged and delivery is usually fairly quick. This order took about 3 1/2 weeks, longer than usual, but I blame CoVid interruptions. Great company, yarn and service!!”
