“I ordered 7 balls of Aran wool and received 2 balls of sparkly material. When I complained I received a full refund as the Aran wool was apparently not in stock even though 7 balls were showing on the web site. However, the wool was to be used for a present and I missed the date for delivery so was very disappointed.”

“I came across the Laughing Hens while searching for lace yarn that I could knit and then dye. I didn't need to wait long for the order even though I am in the U.S., and it arrived promptly. The yarn is soft, smooth, no lumps or knots, doesn't shred and is a real pleasure to knit. Using my own impromptu method of knitting, I am enjoying designing as I go. It reminds me of a soft, pure white cloud.”
