“I ordered Rowan felted tweed on February 24, 2024 and was billed the same day. It has been 3 weeks and I have received neither the yarn nor a shipping notice. E-mails inquiring about the order have not been answered. Although I have ordered from Laughing Hens in the past and received good service, the current situation is worrisome for me and reflects poorly on this company.”

Hello Mary, We received your order, however we only had mixed dyelots i did email you in regards to this but heard nothing back, i have had multiple emails from you this week which i have replied to. As we were unable to get the yarn from our supplier a full refund was issued on the 12/03 please check your records. Apologies for the inconvinience Kind regards Laughing Hens
