“Great customer service as always I got an email to say the yarn in stock was in 2 different dye lots and did I want to wait for a new lot to arrive I appreciated this. I purchased the yarn anyway dye lot not an issue Delivery was perfect as usual many thanks”

“Well, this online yarn store is a happy surprise! I've found yarns not available at other stores, ADDI needles that aren't readily available here in the U.S., and my package came relatively quickly given the distance! I will order again! “I was looking for a particular yarn in a specific colour code and called up Laughing Hens and asked if they could check their stock and confirm if they had the exact colour code as they website did not state the colour code. The lady whom I spoke with was very kind and did that and gave me a call back to confirm they did indeed have the yarn that I was looking for. Very good service. Also received my order in a very timely manner and it was sent sustainably in paper packaging. Would definitely order from here again.”
