I ordered Rowan felted tweed on February 24, 2024 and was billed the same day. It has been 3 weeks and I have received neither the yarn nor a shipping notice. E-mails inquiring about the order have not been answered. Although I have ordered from Laughing Hens in the past and received good service, the current situation is worrisome for me and reflects poorly on this company.
